Pine Point’s history dates back to a simpler time of fishing, lobstering and harvesting clams. Featuring some of the absolute finest and largest sand beaches in the entire state of Maine, Pine Point is also framed with the unrivaled natural beauty of the protected Saltwater Marsh. Teaming with birds and wildlife, this essential ecosystem provided by the marshes is a sight to behold for any age and background.

EXPERIENCE THE GORGEOUS SAND BEACHES
Regardless of the time of year, the ocean and its beautiful sand beaches are a sight to behold. Be it a sunny summer day, a fall hurricane, or a classic Nor’easter, the beaches in Maine are beyond the definition of beauty. Scarborough is proud to be the home of Crescent Beach State Park, among other maintained beaches, such as Higgins Beach, Scarborough Beach and Ferry Beach. You don’t have to go very far to enjoy it all! We are very happy to be just 100 short steps down the dune grass path from your suite to our very own pristine Pine Point Beach.
We offer a community patio and open area for your entertainment, equipment storage (everything from bicycles to kayaks), and private outdoor showers to wash away the sand from your beach activities.
